I left Phnom Penh at 8:30AM and took a bus to Siem Reap. It took about 7 hours. I enjoyed the views from the bus window. Not much colors: green, blue and brown - natural colors. I came back to the same guest house where I stayed a month ago. Last month, there was a huge flood around the river. It seemed calm now. Many people had big damage from the flood. I am going to start teaching Japanese at this guest house language class.
朝８時半にプノンペンを出て、シェムリアップへ向かいました。約７時間かかります。バスの窓から見える景色は、緑の大地、青空、木造でできた家ととてもシンプル。そのシンプルさが結構見ていて清々しい気持ちになります。先月来たときは、シェムリアップの川は洪水で水があふれていましたが、だいぶ街も落ち着いてきたようでした。明日からゲストハウスでの青空教室が始まります。

I started teaching Japanese at the blue sky class room at my guest house. There are around 10 students age from 9 to 16 years old. I introduced myself to teacher Keo and students in Japanese and English. They are really nice. Teacher Keo also teaches at public school. I will continue to teach here until Dec 18th. Hope children enjoy learning Japanese and English.
私のお世話になっているゲストハウス横にある青空教室での授業が始まりました。Keo先生と生徒達に自己紹介しました。生徒は大体１０人前後で、年齢は９歳ぐらいから１６歳ぐらいだそうです。みんなとてもかわいらしいです。Keo先生は、公立の小学校でも教えているそうです。こちらの青空教室で来月１８日まで教える予定です。子どもたちが少しでも学ぶ楽しさを味わってもらえるといいなと思います。
